SHAQ is excited to announce its' collaborative relationship with South Park to now provide competitive swim training at two locations.

SHAQ will be training at TJHS and SPHS! This is a great opportunity to utilize two awesome facilities and train with athletes

from training together. This will give athletes at all levels an even better experience. The REGISTRATION links are below.

ALL Swimmer Practices Begin: Wednesday, September 2, 2025. Group practice times on calendars.

GROWN UP SWIM League: SHAQ has it's very own team in the Grown Up Swimming League.

The GUS League is lots of FUN and is for Adult Swimmers at any level. Events are 25's, 50's and some FUN Relays.

AMS: All USA registration will be completed through the new USA Swim Registration link and upgraded as needed.  

Meet sign-ups: All Invite information and sign-ups are through Commit Swimming.  SHAQ will require Positive Check-In for all swim meets SHAQ attends to ensure that all swimmers participate in the designated warm-up prior to competition.

Fundraising: The SHAQ Parent Boosters will host Fundraisers after registration is complete. Fundraisers are optional, but we thank all of you that participate and for your support.

Mock Meet: Time Trials will be scheduled periodically throughout the season. All swimmers are to attend during their practice time!

Team Gear: SHAQ will offer team gear orders once registration is complete. Stay Tuned!
